How to track an order?

Once your order has been processed, you will be provided an Order Number via e-mail so you may check your order status. You may also find your transactions and order tracking information in My Account Category if you have an account.

Instruction: Hover over the to the main menu on the top of the home page and click on “Track My Orders” button. Please type and enter your “Order #” sent to your email address.

How much do you charge for shipping?
  • We offer FREE shipping on orders ₱950.
  • If you purchased below ₱950, we only charge a  flat rate of ₱150 shipping fee to be added automatically when you checkout.
Do I need to register to be able to purchase from rotabscloset.com?

No, rotabscloset.com has a guest check-out feature which allows a customer to buy from the site without requiring customer to sign-up.

When should I expect to receive my order?
Estimate time of arrival:
 
Cash on delivery Metro Manila
2-3 business days.
 
Cash on delivery Non Metro Manila
3-15 business days.
 
*we do no control the day or time of the delivery as this is on our couriers’ discretion and schedule.
It has been X amount of days and I have not yet receive my order?

There are instances where the shipping time takes more than we stated, this is because of some reasons

  • Incomplete address
  • Unreachable mobile number
  • Area not covered via COD or Area is considered as the remote area

Always make sure to complete your Address to ensure successful delivery.

Please email us at support@rotabscloset.com as soon as possible so we can follow up to our courier partners.

The courier sent an SMS but I am not available and no one is there to pick up my item. What should I do?

Our logistics partners will try to redeliver your order 2-3x. Kindly keep communicating with the rider or delivery personnel.

Can somebody else claim the item in my behalf?

As long as the address is correct, anyone can receive and pay for the item.

I received a broken or non functioning item.

As much as we have checked the item before we shipped out, broken items are also possible due to courier mishandling, especially on provincial areas. Please contact us immediately and will gladly replace your item (support@rotabscloset.com)

Can I make changes to an open order?

Once you have received a confirmation e-mail for your purchase, you may no longer cancel or modify the order. If you wish to return your purchase, you may contact rotabscloset.com at support@rotabscloset.ph
